With 28 years in dentistry (both hygiene and assisting), she has become a recognized Align speaker, hygiene faculty member and consultant. She brings her Invisalign and airway experience. Her passion is iTero integration and Dental Health Scan training.

Brings 32 years of experience as our back office and associates manager. She shares a vast knowledge of how an office functions from managing Doctors schedules, assisting, ordering supplies and keeping equipment running smoothly, just to name a few. Mica has a wealth of experience to train any office staff.

After more than 15 years in the dental field, Maria has expanded from being a dental assistant, front office manager, and marketing manager. She has also served as a branding coach and helped practices with dental benefit transitions, giving her a deep understanding of online marketing, customer service, and the importance of effective communication. Maria is skilled at developing administrative trainings, dental office KPI’s and organization, and in office/external marketing. Outside of dental, she also has an online business with a social media following of over 35K followers.
